Step 1: Schedule a regular appointment through the Appointment Center.  Go to the How to Apply Section for instructions on making an appointment.

Step 2: With your appointment confirmation code from Step 1, go to the English or Spanish form below to submit your emergency request.

Step 3: After you send your request, you will receive an email from the Consular Section (usually within 24 business hours) if you have been granted an emergency appointment.  The email will include instructions on the next steps.
