Yesterday afternoon, President Bush delivered a speech on advancing social justice in the Western Hemisphere to the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The speech was a clear reflection of the President’s vision for the future of Latin America.

There has been a fair amount of coverage of his comments, and I thought you might be interested in the text of the speech along with a link to the fact sheet outlining the commitment the U.S. has made to the region.
