Garza Announces $5 Million Dollars for the Environment
On October 15, 2007, during a ceremony marking the
completion of the "Parks in Peril" program,
Ambassador Garza announced an additional $5 million
dollars to support conservation, forestry, and global
climate change programs this year. (See press release)
In the auditorium of Mexico's National Commission of
National Protected Areas, Amb. Garza reiterated the
committment of the U.S. government to bilateral cooperation
