Ambassador Garza Honorary Witness at Signing of Educational Compact between U. Texas at Austin and Mexican Educational Institutions
On May 19, 2006, the University of Texas at Austin and Mexico’s “Colegio de Bachilleres,” the National Institute for Adult Education (INEA) and other Mexican organizations signed a compact to help Hispanic high-school students transition to Texas schools. Amb. Garza was among the honorary witnesses.
