	...the Mayor Ana Rosa Payan and business leaders. The Ambassador also visited the English Library and toured the industrial park.
In recognition of the work of the Red Cross, which distributed aid donated by the United States after Hurricane Isidore hit the peninsula in 2002, Ambassador Garza went to thank Red Cross volunteers and to greet the patients at the Cancer Hospital. (Hospital Anticanceroso)
