Singer Dulce Receives Mr. Amigo Award

The Mr. Amigo Award for 2004 was presented this year to the popular singer and telenovela star Dulce at the Benjamin Franklin Library on January 24. Over 75 representatives from the Mr. Amigo Association along with local representatives from Brownsville and Matamoros attended the event.

Following the award ceremony at the library, Ambassador Garza hosted a reception for the group at his residence during which Dulce treated everyone to a few songs at the piano.
